East Roswell is an established community which is bordered on the north by Alpharetta, on the east by Norcross, on the south by the Chattahoochee River and on the west by GA-400.  The area has multiple public parks, bike trails, excellent schools, and wooded communities.  Many people do not realize there are many new home communities within East Roswell.  The neighborhoods listed below have new homes currently under construction.
